Jessica Cunningham - Natural Connector
Jessica thrives on connecting ideas, businesses, and people, and helping others uncover solutions that protect their future, preserve their legacy, and empower them to live more fully. Her professional experience spans financial services, real estate, tutoring, planned giving, long-term care and estate planning/administration.
Her current role as a Business Development Manager sits at the intersection of people, planning, and possibility. One of her deepest passions is housing - not just as a structure, but as a sanctuary. I believe where and how we live profoundly shapes our well-being, confidence, and dignity. Creating spaces that are both safe and beautiful isn’t merely practical; it supports emotional security, independence, and peace of mind. This belief fuels her motivation to help people remain in the homes they love through thoughtful planning, smart design, and proactive protection.

Judith Naegely - Care Giver
Judith has a knack for building things —businesses, financial futures, and better lives. She started (and sold!) two companies, including a home health agency that helped people thrive. Now, she’s bringing that same passion to financial advising, working with a seasoned team of experts. Her goal? To understand where you are, where you want to go, and help you build the wealth to make it happen — because your dream life shouldn’t just be a dream.
Judith holds several business degrees from the University of North Florida, where she played Division I NCAA Women’s Soccer. She holds the Series 7 and 66 registrations from the Financial Industry Regulation Authority (FINRA) along with life, health, and disabilities insurance licenses. She enjoys being active, playing pickleball, soccer, traveling, and adventures with her husband and their two sons.

Sanjay is a 10 year veteran in the senior living world (after 22 years in software), assisting families care for their loved ones or finding a better living solution for them.
