Nutrition
Nutrition energizes us, sustains us. What we eat and drink has lasting impacts not only on our bodies but on our health in general.
Look up Kiran Krishnan if you want to learn more about the microbiome, and how nutrition is directly tied with disease or lack thereof.
Or learn about the 7 day gut microbiome reset.
Or learn how to eat nature’s way from the book The 3-Season Diet: Eat the Way Nature Intended: Lose Weight, Beat Food Cravings, and Get Fit.
There are countless sources of information on nutrition that you can evaluate for what works best for you.
Its not the information that matters; its ultimately what you will do with it that matters. Knowledge is potential power.

Physical Wellbeing
Physical Wellbeing is investing in yourself, so your future self thanks you. This can take so many forms including you doing some form of physical activity certain days of the week, going to a local gym, working out using a remote option, or even hiring a physical fitness trainer.
What you do is not as important as is consistency and commitment.

Mental Wellbeing
Mental health and wellbeing is often an after thought in our wellbeing journey, and is often even considered a sign of weakness to speak about freely.
Fact is, most of us would appreciate a safe non-judgmental space to share our thoughts and struggles, or even our successes.
Silver Linings Mental Health Counseling provides compassionate, professional, confidential care across North Carolina. Their team of carefully selected, licensed therapists are dedicated to helping you find practical, realistic solutions to life’s challenges.

Purpose / Spiritual Wellbeing
Why am I here? What is my purpose?
Such questions have come up countless times over the centuries, and will continue to do so at various stages of our lives.
Having a purpose is huge, especially as we age. Purposes don’t have to be grand big things; they can be as simple as tending to our garden or pet.
Purposes larger than ourselves transform us, inspire us, give meaning to our lives, possibly keeping us away from depression.
Proper nutrition, physical wellbeing and mental wellbeing when tied together with our purpose/spiritual wellbeing helps us live our best lives.
This aspect of our lives is such a personal space and evolutionary journey, that its best practiced our own unique way.
Feel free to ask for resources though, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
