Purpose / Spiritual Wellbeing
Why am I here? What is my purpose?
Such questions have come up countless times over the centuries, and will continue to do so at various stages of our lives.
Having a purpose is huge, especially as we age. Purposes don’t have to be grand big things; they can be as simple as tending to our garden or pet.
Purposes larger than ourselves transform us, inspire us, give meaning to our lives, possibly keeping us away from depression.
Proper nutrition, physical wellbeing and mental wellbeing when tied together with our purpose/spiritual wellbeing helps us live our best lives.
This aspect of our lives is such a personal space and evolutionary journey, that its best practiced our own unique way.
